Pirelli Review Cover by Franco Grignani for Graphis Annual 68/69

Franco Grignani (1908-1999) was an Italian designer, painter and architect. He studied architecture in Turin but began experimenting with virtual forms using new digital systems. He participated in the 1972 Venice Biennale. His work is preserved in museums, such as the MOMA in New York, the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. One of the best-known designs was the Woolens (International Wool Society) logo.
